Do I need a new website?

That depends. However, if your site isn't responsive or at least mobile-enabled, then the answer is yes. More than 50% of internet traffic is delivered to mobile devices. Nobody likes to zoom in and out of sections on your website to read. That's just annoying and so 2007:-)

Every medium is different but we target at least a 300% return (money spent vs. revenue acquired). On average, we see at least a 500% return or more for campaigns we manage on behalf of our clients. Each service is different and some require more time than others. We'll educate you on the differences and establish measurable targets prior to beginning any campaign.

How long before I rank on Google’s first page?

This depends. With pay per click, we optimize your bid price first. Front page rankings don't usually occur until after the paid ads are live for 72 hours. Organic (SEO) rankings begin to happen within the third month of service delivery but optimal SEO results (very majority of keywords on the first page) take 4-6 months depending on the age and state of the domain (URL) you want us to market. Pay per click is near instantaneous while SEO takes time. Although pay per click is much more expensive on a cost per lead (new customer) basis than SEO. Like anything in life there are trade offs. In this case, it's time and/or money.

Successful, local small businesses will typically spend about 5% - 10% of incoming revenue getting the word out about their business. Remember, being front brain means sales. Advertising is all about consistency. Consistently reminding people you are there. Consistently described why and how your business is different (for the better).
